With professional experience in criminal justice, vocational rehabilitation, healthcare, and business development, he brings practical leadership and integrity to every project. Guided by faith and stewardship, Eddie is committed to creating lasting value for families and neighborhoods. He is an active member of the Disabled American Veterans (DAV), Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW), and the American Legion.

Shares operational and financial oversight as a controlling managing member of CDG. Co-owner of LMW alongside Eddie, with a steady hand on the financial and administrative side of both businesses.
Christian Carter
Christian Carter is the Founder and COO of Carter Development Group, running sourcing, underwriting, and project management across the flip and spec-build pipeline. He is a Realtor with the Tonya Harbin Team, giving CDG direct access to market data, comps, and off-market deal flow most developers don't have in-house. Christian is currently studying at Hardin-Simmons University, bringing a technical, first-principles eye to the construction and spec-build side of the business.
