Eddie Carter is a U.S. Army veteran, real estate investor, and entrepreneur dedicated to building stronger communities through responsible development and service. With professional experience in criminal justice, vocational rehabilitation, healthcare, and business development, he brings practical leadership and integrity to every project. Guided by faith and stewardship, Eddie is committed to creating lasting value for families and neighborhoods. He is an active member of the Disabled American Veterans (DAV), Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW), and the American Legion.
